Roles
Roles We Hire For
Direct Care Aide
Assists participants with toileting, transfers, walking, and eating during the program day, following each care plan.
Activity Assistant
Runs and sets up group activities: seated exercise, music, crafts, games, and celebrations.
Nurse
Handles health checks, medication support, and communication with families about health changes.
Driver
Runs the morning and afternoon routes, assists with lift and wheelchair securement, and confirms each rider at the door.
What We Look For
Patience with older adults and adults with disabilities, comfort assisting with personal care, and reliable attendance, because participants count on the same faces each week. Experience helps, and so does a second language.
