Our Adult Day Programs

We offer three adult day programs for seniors and adults with disabilities, in our center and at home. Families can move between them as needs change.

Adult Day Care

Adult Day Care

Adult day care at our Northeast Philadelphia center: an adult day program with activities, two meals and a snack, adult day health care support from nursing staff, and transportation on program days.

Our adult day center on Geiger Road serves seniors and adults with disabilities who need supervision during the day. Participants join group activities, eat meals on site, get help with personal care as needed, and go home the same day. Day care for adults here also supports participants living with dementia or memory loss, reviewed case by case during the assessment.

Home Care

Home Care

Home care services in Philadelphia: a caregiver comes to the house for personal care, companionship, meals, housekeeping, and rides to appointments.

Active Life Services is a home care agency serving Philadelphia and nearby neighborhoods and counties. Our caregivers for seniors and adults with disabilities come to the house and work from a written care plan: personal care, companion care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, reminders, mobility support, and rides to appointments. Families choose in-home care when the goal is staying at home with support rather than moving.
